(b) Facility located at 9000 River Road, Delair, NJ, Anodizing: A portable fire extinguisher was missing from its designated area, observed on or about 8/6/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
