29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and/or were not dead front: On or about June 10, 2014 at 120 McArthur Road, Marble Hill, GA: In the basement utility room, employees operating the compressor were exposed to an electrical hazard in that the dead front on the panelboard was removed and not replaced.
