29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein, and appropriate hazard warnings: Employees in the following locations were exposed to hazards of chemical exposure in that chemical containers were not labeled with their identity and an appropriate hazard warning: a) The Maintenance Shop - a spray container of an unknown substance. b) Oil building - a 5 gallon container of an unknown substance. c) Kill Floor - a 2-gallon pressurized container of lactic acid. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection.
