29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: The employer is failing to adequately instruct employees on physical and health hazards of chemicals being used in the work environment. This violation was most recently documented on the kill floor, where employees are being exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to KC-615 Packers Chemical Inc. (health hazard 2) used in combination with Easyfoam VF32 (Corrosive, sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite), G-5 Quat (health hazard 3), and VF-10 Acid Foam Cleaner-Descaler (corrosive), without receiving instruction on the physical and health hazards of these chemicals.
