29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below. a) Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure toeboards were erected along the edges of the working platforms greater than 10 feet above the ground level. Three employees were conducting a brick facade operation from the working platform on the 5th level of the scaffold approximately 26 feet 10 inches above the ground level, which did not contain toeboards, thereby exposing an employee on the ground level mixing mortar to struck-by hazards.
