29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: At a worksite located at 12149 Hartville Road, Licking, MO: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. This was last demonstrated when on or about October 26, 2023, and at times prior to when outlet boxes were being used by employees to provide power to equipment and was missing a cover or faceplate. a) Employees were using a fan and a microwave that had a broken faceplate or cover. The broken faceplate or cover exposed employees to the live electrical components inside the outlet box. b) Employees were using a control panel for the operation of the saw that was missing a faceplate or cover. The missing faceplate or cover exposed employees to live electrical components inside the outlet box.
