29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Establishment - 15 Amp power strips were daisy chained to extension cords throughout the facility in the following areas: a. First welding booth on left, power strip with two extension used to power speaker and hand tools. b. Second welding booth on left, a small fridge was powered by an extension cord and power strip. c. Fourth welding booth, a small fridge is plugged into power strip, a fan is plugged into an extension cord. d. Area adjacent to welding booths, belt sander plugged into a power strip and extension cord.
