29 CFR 1910.1052(i)(2): It was reasonably foreseeable that an employee's eyes may contact solutions containing 0.1 percent or greater methylene chloride and the employer did not ensure that affected employees use those facilities when necessary: (Construction Reference 1926.1152): a) Wheels America - 777 W Providence Rd, Lansdowne, PA: CNC Machine Room: On or about November 22, 2022, the employer did not ensure the eyewash/shower station was accessible within the work area for immediate emergency use where an employee is exposed to Dicholoromethane (Methylene Chloride) contained in B17 Industrial Paint Remover. The eyewash station and shower was blocked by a shop vacuum, 55-gallon container and a trash can.
