29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question. a) Worksite, 57 Glenmore Ave, Montauk NY, West Side of Building - Employees erecting a 4-teir fabricated frame scaffold and a ladder jack scaffold were not trained by a competent person in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with a fabricated frame scaffold and a ladder jack scaffold and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards; on or about 01/24/2020. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
