29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about May 29, 2017, and times prior to, employees operating a drilling rig during the drilling of an oil/gas well used materials including, but not limited to, caustic soda beads, Type S Lime, and diesel . The employer did not have a written hazard communication program. This exposed to the employees to the hazards of the materials as but not limited to: fire and explosion and corrosive contact with the body.
