29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): a) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Areas) - On or about 11/03/2016, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for a TIG welder who was sampled for 422 minutes and had a TWA of 19.0 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure. b) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Areas) - On or about 11/03/2016, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for a MIG welder who was sampled for 475 minutes and had a TWA of 7.3 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure.
