29 CFR 1926.451(e)(6)(vi): Integral prefabricated scaffold access frames being used for access had a spacing greater than 16 3/4 inches. a- 642 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn NY: On or about 1/14/16, a site worker was climbing the different levels of the scaffold using the frames and cross braces. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
