Falls Creek Powdered Metals, Inc., 82 Industrial Drive, Brockway, PA, 15824, production area, on or about March 31, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees walk / work in the aisleway behind Gasberre 60T presses (M16, M17 and M18). Employees are exposed to moving parts at the rear of the presses. Moving parts include, but are not limited to, the shoe that moves the compressed part forward.
