29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not implemented for required respirator use: a) Throughout facility - On or about 11/19/15, the employer had not implemented the written respiratory protection program in the workplace for employees who are required to wear full-face air-purifying respirators while performing chop spraying and spray painting. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
