29 CFR 1926.858(c): Steel construction was not dismantled column length by column length, and tier by tier: a) On or about 8/27/15 at a demolition project located at 1111 Allen Street, Jamestown, New York; employees were demolishing a bridge between two buildings passing over a city street. The structure was not removed column length by column length. There were sections that were cantilevered beyond the nearest supporting column and support members removed prior to another span being completed. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
