29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that could adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: The employer does not protect employees from electrical hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Grinding Mill, one mounted dual receptacle and one mounted toggle switch had broken face plates. These receptacles were positioned on either side of the entrance leading to where commodity was stored in bags and where the employees defecated in a plastic bucket. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
