29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(vi): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. The arcing effects were not taken into account: The employer does not protect employees from electrical hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Grinding Mill, the electrical energy isolation device that powered the augers arced whenever it was energized. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
