29 CFR 1910.1026(g)(2): Where respirator use was required by this section, the employer did not institute a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134, which covers each employee required to use a respirator: a) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Area) - On or about 11/03/2016, a TIG welder sampled for 422 minutes had a TWA of 19.0 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure, and where respirator use was required by this section, the employer failed to institute a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134, which covers each employee required to use a respirator. b) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Area) - On or about 11/03/2016, a MIG welder sampled for 475 minutes had a TWA of 7.3 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure, and where respirator use was required by this section, the employer failed to institute a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134, which covers each employee required to use a respirator.
