29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to hazards in the workplace including but not limited to lead, cadmium, arsenic and silica. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities were exposed to hazards in that the employer did not provide information or train employees on hazardous chemicals.
