29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: A. Building 3, Main Aisle near QC Office: On, or about, March 14, 2019, a flexible cord was run out of the bottom of Panelboard 3I, through a hole in a vertical column, through a hole in a masonry block wall and into an Allen-Bradley wall mounted transformer. B. Building 4, Gold Room Chemical Storage: On, or about, May 14, 2019, a flexible cord was run through a wall opening to energize the thermostat control for the overhead heater.
