29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about April 20 2017 at 63 Pierce Rd, Winder GA 30680 a) Employees used hazardous chemicals including but not limited to; Acetone, Lacquer Thinner, Car Brite" SURFACE CLARIFIER Concentrated, Car Brite" ADHESIVE REMOVER 2, and ZEP IMPACT for the detailing of cars in building C and D. They were not provided training in the safe handling and use of those chemicals.
