29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(4)(i): The employer did not institute a training program for all employees who were potentially exposed to cadmium, ensure employee participation in the program, and maintain a record of the contents of such program: a) Sand blasting area, on or about 7/14/16: A sandblaster was exposed to .0042 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3) of cadmium or 1.7 times the action level of .0025 mg/m3 during the 480 minute sampling period. Blasters were not provided with training on cadmium. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item
