29 CFR 1926.1101(m)(2)(i)(B): The employer did not make a medical examination available a medical examination when the employee was assigned to an area where exposure to asbestos may be at or above the permissible exposure limit for 30 or more days per year, or engage in Class I, II, or III work for a combined total of 30 or more days per year, a medical examination must be given within 10 working days following the thirtieth day of exposure: At a worksite located at 1956 NE Parvin Rd, Kansas City, MO 64116: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about April 21, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not make available to employees engaged in the removal of Class II asbestos-containing materials work for 30 or more days per year a medical evaluation within 10 working days of their thirtieth exposure day.
