29 CFR 1915.508(c)(1): Employees expected to fight incipient stage fires were not trained on the general principles of using fire extinguishers or hose lines, the hazards involved with incipient fire fighting and the procedures used to reduce the hazards. A) 7 Mosquito Lane, Tuckahoe, NJ: Employees expected tofight incipient stage fires and were provided fire extinguishers were not trained in the procedure for identification, selection and use of H20, CO2 and dry chemical fire extinguishers. Condition observed on or about 23JAN20 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
