29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: The employer does not ensure pendant boxes at the end of flexible cords were not used at the facility or relocatable power taps are plugged into each other. a) This violation was observed was on or about May 31, 2019 and times thereafter, in the maintenance shop, relocatable power-taps were secured to the structure, exposing employees to the electrical hazards. b) This violation was observed was on or about May 30, 2019 and times thereafter, in the Go-cart shop, relocatable power-taps were secured to the structure, exposing employees to the electrical hazards c) This violation was observed was on or about May 30, 2019 and times thereafter, in the electrical storage area, relocatable power-taps were secured to the structure, exposing employees to the electrical hazards d) This violation was observed was on or about May 31, 2019, in the Caricature stand, relocatable power-taps were plugged into each other, exposing employees to the electrical hazards. e) This violation was observed was on or about May 31, 2019, behind the Caricature stand, an extension cord was plugged into a pendant box used at the end of flex cord, exposing employees to the electrical hazards. f) This violation was observed was on or about May 31, 2019, at the Chuck Wagon, an extension cord was plugged into a pendant box used at the end of flex cord, exposing employees to the electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure electrical equipment is used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.
