29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a. On or about December 13, 2016, in the facility, troughs and pails containing hazardous materails were not labeled with hazard warnings of the chemicals they contained, thereby exposing employees to hazards including, but not limited to diesel fuel and sodium hydroxide.
