29 CFR 1910.1027(l)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not institute a medical surveillance program for all employees who were or potentially were exposed to cadmium at or above the action level on 30 or more days per year (twelve consecutive months): a) Sand blasting area, on or about 7/14/16: A sandblaster was exposed to .0042 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3) of cadmium or 1.7 times the action level of .0025 mg/m3 during the 480 minute sampling period. Blasters were not provided with medical surveillance. Abaement certification must be submitted for this item
