29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(2)(iii): Chromium (VI)-contaminated clothing or equipment was removed for laundering, cleaning, maintenance, or disposal; however, the employer did not ensure that it was stored and transported in sealed, impermeable bags or other closed, impermeable containers: Establishment - On or about June 22, chromium (VI)-contaminated clothing, shirts and pants worn by the employees welding with stainless steel, was not stored properly when removed and returned to the employer for laundering.
