29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about 2/24/2016 in the plant houses at 1501 Dials Mill Road, Statham, GA: Hazard communication training was not provided where employees were required to work with, near, or exposed to chemicals that included but were not limited to: oxygen, acetylene, propane, and other chemicals as a part of their daily duties.
