29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a/ Ambrosia Fragrance/Piscataway NJ Site: Production/ Maintenance Areas. Production/Maintenance Areas: Where employees are required (on a limited basis) to perform live electrical testing and/or trouble-shooting on machinery/equipment, protectors including but not limited to approved electrical gloves (ANSI rated 00 or 01 - minimum 500 volts) etc. were not provided for each electrical worker. Observed on/or about 04/21/2015.
