29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about October 6, 2014, the employer did not ensure the unused opening into an electrical box on the east end of the coatings shop was effectively closed. Employees were exposed to the hazard of contact with electricity.
