29 CFR 1910.252(a)(1)(ii): When the object to be welded or cut could not be moved and all the fire hazards could not be removed, guards were not used to confine the heat, sparks, and slag to protect the immovable fire hazards: a) RWS Manufacturer, Inc. - On and prior to January 10, 2013, for welding and cutting operations, including but not limited to repairing the Newman Shaver box in the Shaver Room, guards were not used to protect from igniting of wood dust.
