29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: At a worksite located at 12149 Hartville Road, Licking, MO: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. This was last demonstrated on or about October 26, 2023, and at times prior to when relocatable power taps were being used by employees to power tools, equipment, and lighting. Relocated power taps were plugged into another extension cord in series and not in accordance with the listing, labeling, and certification of the extension cords. Employees were exposed to relocatable power taps including but not limited to: a) An extension cord plugged into a power tap in series that provided power to an overhead light in the pallet shop. b) An extension cord plugged into a power tap in series that provided power to a Milwaukee power drill used to sharpen saw blades in the old mill.
