29 CFR 1910.178(n)(7)(iii): On all grades the load and load engaging means shall be tilted back if applicable, and raised only as far as necessary to clear the road surface. On or about September 12, 2023, at an establishment located at 5215 Mill Road in Laona, Wisconsin; in Plant B, the forklift operator driving the Komatsu 25, Model: FG258T-12, LP, S/N: 552726A, was traveling in the facility with the forks in a raised position exposing employees to struck by hazards.
