29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: (a) Throughout the machine shop, employees were worked near and using chemicals such as but not limited to: Qualichem Xtreme Cut 251C cutting and grinding solution, grinding and buffering metals (copper, iron oxide, and chromium), Kerosene, Safety Kleen 105 solvent, Safety Kleen Preium solvent, compressed gases (Argon, Propane, Acetylene, Forane-22) which were not included on the chemical list.
