29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii). On or about April 20, 2017 at 63 Pierce Rd, Winder GA 30680: a) Employees used a variety of chemicals including but not limited to acetone, lacquer thinner, Car Brite" SURFACE CLARIFIER Concentrated, Car Brite" ADHESIVE REMOVER 2, and ZEP IMPACT for the detailing of cars in buildings C and D. A written hazard communication program was not developed to promote the safe handling and use of those chemicals.
