29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Maintenance Area, employees operated a Baldor bench grinder work rest with opening of 3/4 inch from wheel (left wheel). (b) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Maintenance Area, employees operated a Baldor bench grinder work rest with an opening of 5/8 inch from wheel (right wheel).
