29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed: a/ At the Crunden Martin Facility, specifically inside of the basement, live conductor were entering outer surface of the junction box belonging to the Copeland Quality Air Compressor, m/n TK17602424386, unknown s/n. These conductors were not protected from abrasion.
