29 CFR 1910.184(c)(1): Sling(s) that were damaged or defective were used: A.) Warren Railcar Service, Inc., maintenance area - On or about 8/19/15, and at times prior thereto, damaged wire rope slings were being utilized to unload trucks. The items unloaded from the trucks included, but were not limited to, bolsters. Slings were defective for reasons including, but not limited to, kinking, bends, and birdcaging on the wire rope slings.
