Where employee(s) are required to perform limited (standard and live) electrical maintenance on machinery/equipment, OSHA regulation 1910.333(b) and/or an equivalent was not made available to them. Employee performs electrical maintenance/testing on machinery/equipment rated 208 Volts/3 phases using a "Fluke" meter/tester. Observed on/or about 04/21/2015.
