29 CFR 1910.305(j)(4)(viii): Exposed live parts of motors and controllers operating at 150 volts or more between terminals were not guarded against accidental contact: Employees working on the pick line located in processing floor was exposed to electrical shock hazards while leaning on the conveyor motor. The flex conduit was not connected to the motor exposing energized wires. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required.
