29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B):The employer did not inform employees who worked and/or were working in adjacent areas of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material present in the area: (a) Former Hotel Property at 677 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 - On or about December 20th, 2024, Concrete Construction Company did not inform employees of the location and quantity of asbestos containing materials prior the the demolition, and subsequent removal of floor tile, sheet vinyl, mastic, window glazing, and duct material, which contained up to 60% chrysotile asbestos. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
