29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1):Flywheel(s) with parts seven feet or less above floor(s) or platform(s) were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1)(i) through (b)(1)(iv)(a): On or about July 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a flywheel mounted at ground level was guarded. The bottom half of the flywheel that powers the cutoff die on the #10 Roll Forming was unguarded, exposing employees to laceration and amputation injuries.
