29 CFR 1910.157(g)(4): Employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as a part of the emergency action plan were not provided training in the use of appropriate equipment upon initial assignment and at least annually thereafter: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Rd, Garden City, GA in Warehouses 1 and 2: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that designated employees were not provided training in use of appropriate fire fighting equipment.
