29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) On or about November 8, 2022 in the Solids Department at the 1000 Hydromat moulder, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from the 480 volt Rittal motor control cabinet due to the lockout point not being used to lockout the motor control cabinet as the lockout point was no longer present on the outside of the cabinet.
