29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift: a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Employees of CJ TMI Manufacturing America LLC and subcontractor employees were exposed to 11-15ft fall hazards while they were working from the Genie Model GS-1930, serial number GS30P-194613 scissor lift with an unserviceable snap hook on the platform entry chain. The scissor life was not inspected prior to it being used. Violation occurred between December 11, 2021 and December 28, 2021. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
