29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: a. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania - On or about October 19, 2021, in the office, there was a yellow extra strong jacketed extension cord run from the power tap on the floor and run through the ceiling, it was pinched between the ceiling tile, and the suspended ceiling mount, exposing employees to a fire hazard. b. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania - On or about October 19, 2021, in the office, the light fixture near the door to the plant had a flexible cord run through the ceiling, it was pinched between the ceiling tile, and the suspended ceiling mount, exposing employees to a fire hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
