29 CFR 1910.430(b)(4): The output of air compressor systems were not tested for air purity every 6 months by means of samples taken at the connection to the distribution system, except that non-oil lubricated compressors need not be tested for oil mist. A) Diving Operations on the "Relentless" were being conducted on March 3rd 2021 using a supplied air system, but the employer had not certified that the compressor being used to supply air to the diver was grade D breathable air within the 6 months prior to the diving operations being conducted at the time.
