29 CFR 1926.452(e)(3): Diagonal braces were not installed between squares on the rear and front sides of the scaffold, and did not extend from the bottom of each square to the top of the next square. Building front, Pipe Scaffold: Employees were working on a pipe scaffold that were missing diagonal braces on the inside on level three and five, on or about 3/3/21.
