29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Clean Room: On November 12, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the circuits of the Square D electrical panels "3500" and "3700" were marked to indicate the purposes of each switch. b) Wastewater Treatment Building: On November 12, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the circuits of the electrical panel near the entrance were marked to indicate the purposes of each switch. c) Control Room, Main Office: On November 12, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the circuits of the Square D electrical panel were marked to indicate the purposes of each switch.
